About Professor Puzzle Playing Gards
Professor Puzzle are a British company, founded by Ben Meldrum and based in Twickenham. Inspired by brainteasers being sold on the streets of Kolkata, their products were first sold on London market stalls under the names of ‘Ben’s Baffling Brainbenders’, before taking the name Professor Puzzle in 2002. They have since expanded into other games and, now, the ‘Jigsaw Library’ range of jigsaws. Many of their products are still created from traditional wood and metal, and often centre around the familiar 19th c. British fictional characters Sherlock Holmes and Alice in Wonderland.
Playing cards are not a major feature of the Professor Puzzle range, but they do offer these as part of the 'Wonderland Games' range.
