Postage & Packing for most items is £3.85. This includes postage by Royal Mail 2nd Class mail to any part of the U.K., or the Crown Dependencies of Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. Larger jigsaws (i.e., mainly 3000 or more pieces) will be sent by DPD or similar and will be charged at £9.40 for P&P.
We aim to dispatch items within two working days at the latest.
Most items – other than the larger jigsaws – can be sent internationally by Royal Mail Tracked at the following rates:-
Europe (including the C.I.S.):- £14.70
World Zone 1 (Africa, most of Asia outside the C.I.S., and the Americas EXCLUDING the United States):- £23.85
World Zone 2 (Remaining parts of Asia, including Singapore, and Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand):- £27.50
World Zone 3 (United States only):- £28.50
Regrettably, a few 2000 and all 3000 or larger jigsaws are too big to send by the normal postal service, and would have to go as an international parcel. This, unfortunately, is very expensive in relation to the value of the jigsaw, making the cost of postage prohibitive. For the same reason it is impossible to combine postage on multiple 1000 piece jigsaws, thus, each one would have to be posted individually at the full international rate. It may be possible to combine postage for smaller items – please contact us with your requirements.
As with domestic postage, we aim to dispatch items within two working days at the latest.
While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item. Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt, by contacting us.
Naturally, we will need to receive the goods back in a perfect and saleable condition, and in its original packaging (where possible) we will then exchange or refund it, less original delivery charge.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. To protect yourself, we would recommend using a registered postal service, and that you keep the proof of postage to make sure that the parcel and its contents arrive back to us safely as we are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Our seven day money back guarantee commences from the time the goods are received. Refunds are not offered after the seven day period expires. All orders will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com within 24 hours. We will then arrange for you to return the goods at our cost and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
